NoWyr Product Range

The NoWyr ‘X Connect’ series is a range of compatible products that allow radio remote switching of electrical loads in commercial and industrial environments.
All these products can provide positive feedback to the sending transmitter so that reception of the signal can be confirmed.
The units benefit from the inclusion of the high performance highly selective transceiver radio modules designed and manufactured by NoWyr.
Switching can usually be achieved over several hundred metres.
Switching can be initiated from fixed transmitters that can be power by, mains, low voltage or internal batteries or from a battery powered multi-channel handheld transmitter. The battery powered units use standard low cost alkaline cells that are readily available.

Installing

No Wyr products are extremely flexible and we can design solutions to meet simple requirements for home users, e.g. controlling an electrical device in the garden or home, all the way to developing a complex business solution with multiple handsets controlling multiple devices.

For switching of devices using local radio signals the No Wyr product can be installed by using the Dual Channel Remote Switch product which can be configured to your device or integrating the No Wyr radio module into your product.

Electronics Developers can purchase a No Wyr module which can be installed within an electrical device which is being developed.

8 Channel Multifunction Transceiver

Multifunction Fixed Transceiver (Battery)

This product can be used for sending signal status from a self-contained battery powered compact IP rated transceiver.
Depending on the application the unit can operate from a switched ‘clean’ contact, application of a control voltage, up to 9 N/O switch contacts.
The unit can provide positive confirmed feedback, low battery status and a ‘watchdog’ pulse for more critical applications.
The unit can be provided in PCB form to allow incorporation in customer specific product applications such as ruggedised of aesthetic requirements.
The unit is extremely versatile and can be custom configured.

Dual Channel Switch

This unit incorporate two channels each of which can be independently configured as a transmitter or receiver.
The units can be powered directly from the mains or from a low voltage source.
When a channel is used for sending a switch signal, this can be achieved by the open/close of a contact or application or removal of a voltage. The LED status indicates the operation and can confirm reception in signal.
When a channel is used for receiving a switch commend, the output is via completely independent volt free SPCO contacts rated at 10Amps. The relays status is indicated by an on-board LED. ~

8 Channel Switch

This unit can accept commands from the any of the above units, in any combination.
The unit will monitor up to 8 channels whilst providing positive feedback to the multiple units from which it can accept signals, this will allow management of the bandwidth available promoting reliable reception in addition maximising battery life of associated senders.
The unit can be powered directly from the mains or low voltage supply.
The output is via completely independent volt free SPCO contacts rated at 10Amps. The relays status is indicated by an on-board LED.
